Yeah, I already had a feeling Cedric would remember. In the beginning I think he mentioned on having a dejavú moment. In the the latest chapters, after they did it, he said something along the lines of her being the only one for him before and after. So I’m guessing he fell in love with her in their previous lives. This made me so excited cause I wanna know how he fell for her in the past and how happy he is now to officially have her. (≧∀≦)
