Well he’s 18 which is considered an adult by law... just like 18 year olds can’t date anyone under 18 because they would be considered minors and charged as an adult if they were caught dating them.
still an 18 year old is still not mentally mature like a 20 year old or even 27 year old is. he has still a very unmature and childish brain. just because it is legally right doesnt make it morally right.

Incorrect. Once someone has reached the age of consent (which differs greatly between countries) they can be charged if they have sex with anyone who is below the age of consent. Age of consent is the age where the government of your country deems you old enough to make your own sexual decisions - so you can do it with whomever you please no matter the age gap as long as they are also at the age of consent.

I live in a asian country where sex before marriage is taboo (well obviously many people do it but it's considered breaking the norm and ethics)

Dating in my country doesn't always mean having sex, 18 y.o dating someone probably get smacked by their parents if the parents ever caught them kissing
i dont know how to feel about this. the uke being just now legal with 18 (still a teen, not an adult, isnt mentally mature enough) while the seme is already a 27 year old working adult and also the constant sexual assault (even the doctor).. is very weird.
i wished that the uke was 20 or something and that the seme didnt have to forcefully kiss him.
