yeah if I'm not mistaken she died but it's not shown rather it was told indirectly. Remember when cookie had a fight then yoghurt had to go to his school? The teachers were talking among themselves that he had a partner at such a young age. Its because once an alpha and omega bond is made and if the alpha dies the omega will die later on.
