I think it might depend on the person... Because I know that my brother sometimes when he has a high fever tends to hallucinate and then not remember it when he gets better...? But yeah, when they present it in a manga it's pretty idealized

I’ve seen this happen a lot in manga… and maybe I just have a strong body… but I’ve never actually been sick and have had to have someone nurse me. I either just sleep it off or go about my day. Y’all know those scenes where they’re hazy and mistakenly kiss? Then magically forget about it? Yeah, no, that would never happen in my world lmao
