That is in part true but your past choices, your behaviour and all your past is a big part of who you are. So when the doctor is hiding and lying about he's past he is in fact lying about a big part of who he is and the lie is so big that the uke has a totally false perception of the doctor. This is one of the reasons why I can't forgive the doctor because when the uke finds out through strangers who he's partner really is I can not imagine how that must feel like.
That being said I am not judging the doctor being a fuckboy but he should have had the decency of being honest with the uke because what he is doing now is a typical son of the bitch behaviour.

though i kinda hate the doctor's shady behaviour but i don't think that he actually done something wrong with the uke? i mean, yeah he is a fuckboy and have fwb but didn't he stop around the time he gets serious with the uke? so what does he actually needs to come clean about here? that he always frequent gay bar? that he fucks around just like other people does?
imo i don't think that your partner have a right to know abt your past. everyone have their sides that they doesn't need to disclose to someone else .. just because they're your partner so you should get a say on what they/them should reveal to you..
