Explain someone? I don't get it

For the resent chapter? If i'm right it a flashback before Sungyeon and Hosik meet.
So they was lover in their last live but unfortunately Hosik died in that life leaving Sungyeon alone.
Fortunately they are reincarnated but Sungyeon is the only one who remember so between delution and dream he often saw Hosik and little by little gone insane from loneliness because he doesn't know if Hosik js reincarnated too or not, that's why he said he want to die.

And i relieze that this is the reason that Sungyeon is such a push to Hosik in the beginning of this manwha, he is literally in the brink of insanity.
