What I hate is when everyone expects you to know something but refuses to teach you. So you have to take the time and learn and then they are mad since you either suck at it or you are slow at it. Also reqruiters and bosses want 3xperienced workers but no one wants to help you gain experience.
100% agree!!! And that experience thing sure is ridiculous! How are we gonna gain that oh so precious experience IF no one's gonna walk us through that lmao they except us to fly solo and blind then has the audacity to have out of this world expectations UGH
