I actually started to like him quite a bit. I surely don't forgive him for the things he has done and he is kind of fucked up. But his love for Reika and how much he cares for her reminded me of a character I love from my favourite manga, Vanilla Fiction.
He's a corrupted and violent cop who frequently teams up with Yakuza, but he'd do anything to keep his only son Doraje safe because he's the person he treasures the most in the world.
I love this kind of relationship, I find it the purest form of love and it makes me so happy to see a father loving his children. So I can't hate Rogi.
And I strangely find him very attractive, must be my inexplicable love for biseinen characters.
