Actually im confused as well but i came back to that episode after reading this. I saw that both of their pants was on so aeyeon was probably jerking jaerim off forcefully. the "it hurts" part confused me but if you analyze the panel, jaerim was still wearing his pants and the girls was saying "grope" i think it's seggsual assault or like seggsual violence which does include groping.
