Also if blondie decides to assist him I think it will be because mc has his little sister and not because he suddenly doesn't care about having people anymore...

This dude is fucking retarded. Why the fuck do you think a pushover softie will help you kill people randomly, let alone extinct humanity?? If that's his goal amen but he's damn stupid for telling the one person that literally has the opposite goal, which is to save people and avoid death. And if the softie assists him he's even more idiotic. I don't see this plot going anywhere with logic after this chapter, hopefully it magically proves me wrong.
