Nah her sister may not be a bad person or is malicious toward the FL, however the amount of naiveness she has is awful. In my opinion, it’s fine to be naive, but it’s a problem when your naivety causes trouble for others. Like how she heard rumors about the FL and the prince and automatically said the FL is in love with the prince in front of her father and mother. She doesn’t think for a single second about what she says and how it may affect people
I can agree with you but I think the problem with it is is Vio was raised as a Noble unlike her half-sister who grew up as a commoner vio had to remind her on more than one occasion that Noble Society is different from common life so it's kind of hard to expect her to be exactly like her big sister when she's used to one kind of life
I agree too also we can see that her half-sister really wants to be close to vio
