he is not a sociopath, but rather a psychopath. There is a big difference between the two concepts. Sociopaths enjoy to inflict pain, they often become a murderers. Psychopaths do not feel certain emotions that's all . Psychopaths often become CEOs, doctors, and lawyers.

Guys i think I know why the top acts this way. Seeing how he talked about his dead father and all that it just shows that he might be a sociopath. He doesn’t understand the emotions the bottom shows nor his actions to those emotions. He doesnt feel sympathy.. well... doesnt feel any emotions at all. I cant say he’s a psychopath because we dont know yet if there are any emotions he’s capable of showing/understanding so he’s probably a sociopath
