I am guessing yes but I don’t think he knows who his partner is since it seems like he wasn’t in his right state of mind at the time.I think he is able to have sex even though he’s on locked down(meaning he has a partner alr) since his partner is not physically there with him.In my opinion it’s kind of like an omegaverse if u ever read one before.
