I wish they translated the whole mating system pages as well, instead of leaving it raw. I'm just guessing at this point but I think the neck biting marks an Omega as an Alpha's specific mate ... (Therefore I'm guessing Kei can't take another Alpha after Ekihito raped him, which I think is what the author is going for)
