A lot of people defend non romance comics saying it's not a romance and usually there's still romantic interest from both characters. But here you're forcing a route where a straight character gets with someone he has so romantic interest in.
I have no issue with that. As a gay person myself I know how important representation is. But you can't deny that the majority of the readers demanding a gay route are straight females who fetishize gay couples. I read yaoi, there's nothing wrong with it, but I feel a certain discomfort when a straight woman fantasizes about a gay couple. It makes me feel fetishized because there's no representation involved. A straight woman cannot feel represented by a gay male because that's not what representation is. If an lgbt person were to love nisaka because they felt represented, it would be fine. But this isn't about representation, it's about hardcore fujoshis fetishizing a gay man. Do you condone that?
