Hwan and Moony set up a contract to where Moony gives Hwan the power to make those creatures with the goal of assaulting Chiwoo. Chiwoo's contract with Sunny gives Chiwoo the power to defeat said creatures

I think bc he's toxic and wants to scare Chiwoo thinking the world is dangerous or something like that I think he wants (blue guy) to be chiwoo's prince
