XD only if there's an alpha we don't know about lol. Only an alpha can get an omega pregnant, so they wouldn't be able to with just each other.

No, in omegaverse, only an alpha could get an omega pregnant(and omegas can only get pregnant during their heat I think)

That’s why it’s usually an alpha and omega pairing and why most other pairings don’t exist(beside the fact that a pair will stop an omega going into heat for another alpha)

That depends on the author. In some omegaverse stories alphas can get pregnant by alphas and omegas can get pregnant by other omegas and betas.
