The older sister (I think)caught the younger sister having sex with her husband and one thing led to another the husband pushed and killed her. The younger sister got plastic surgery to look like her older sis. But the older Sis's boyfriend was suspicious and told a plastic surgeon about it then when he wanted to meet up with the younger sister that now looks like her older sis to confirm she had a mark.
Then someone claiming to be the younger sis called them and they thought that it had something to do with the plastic surgeon that made the younger sis look like the older red haired one
