Duke said Aisha betrayed him because she said "i love you" in ancient language to Mikhail, when it's actually Abella inside her. And with grabbing her wrist and all in the previous chapter, it's understandable why Duke thinks Aisha lied to him. (He's under assumption that she's head over heels for him remember)
