Actually I was thinking the same thing, the chances of the manager being trans are quite high but who knows we might be wrong :p
I think the manager is trans bc he is hesitant to undress and might have surgery scars also he says "screw it I want to do it with the real thing" but doesn't get hard suggesting that he might no have had bottom surgery yet.
But I'm probably wrong and just stretching it bc I'm transmasc (not a trans man but an enby that wants to be more masculine presenting) and thirsty for representation. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
