Well yes... theoretically and ideally speaking. If comparing the position of reproductive appendages of human males and females, the clitoris and penis are at the same place, and the vagina and testicles are at the same place. So if a person were to have both penis and vagina, they(or he or she) wont have a clitoris and (descended) testicles and scrotum. But oh well in reality, it might be usually deformed or incomplete reproductive system or appendages, and the hormones is probably pretty much fcked up
tbh all the futanari novels i read are super fucked up,,, mostly with r*pe and blackmailing so if you're uncomfortable u shldnt read it. examples of those novels: a straight man's nightmare, splitting the immortal, etc. u can read it on novel updates !!
