Right.. I feel like the ML should have just said “No I didn’t do that” but because of him saying “It’s a good life experience” it makes it seem like he did.. (〜￣△￣)〜
Everyone hating on the ML but I have a feeling he doesn't even know MC tried to kill himself after the incident. MC's good friend didn't even know until MC told him and he admitted it only because he started working at the new company. Also it's pretty clear it's the ex boyfriend who released the picture and the rumours. From the tiny bit we saw he was already protraited as toxic af.
