There are so very few mangas that even come close to portraying rape in a realistic manner that it's basically a shock when you do stumble across one.
And even if the unconscious man was aware of what was going on, the whole idea is still pretty sick.
I mean, if the guy believes his friend is unconscious, then he knows what he is doing is wrong, which makes it evil regardless of whether the friend was OK with it or not.

I understand that it's fiction and the author'll probably find a weak justification for the uke to forgive his rapist, but I hope not. （￣へ￣）
