It's funny to think that I could imagine the ML to do that. And it doesn't 100% hurt my heart thinking of how Harsen could do it to her, it must because how broken their relationship although I want them to be honest to eavhother and fix their relationship

OK then what will happen is that she would find that her husband and other nobles are planning rebellion and she interfere with it. Before this scene her brother will die and leave the Marquis title to her since he know abt rebellion and wanted to protect her. The rebels would be caught but the duke would be spared but only in the guise that he was executed. Then the family of three live in the fl mother's country with one more child being born... Thats all I read in spoiler(づ￣ ³￣)づ
Its just my guess but I think its the duke harsen who poisoned MC.. Just my speculation cuz there were lots of suspicious dialogue in between. Plus how they separate MC in the past shows clearly a doubt.
