I get that there are going to be people upset about this but you have to think that things are different in other countries and cultures. I don't think it is right for things like this either, but like I said marriage and relationships and other stuff is different for other countries and cultures. And in Japan you can get married at the age16 with the parents permission and with sexual consent is at 13. Plus, you're thinking more about what is right and wrong in you're mind not that things don't work the same in different places. Which when reading this type of manga you should be thinking on that this is Japan and things work differently in Japan than where you live and focus on the story.
