This is just a guess but I think the stigma is somehow related to when she went back in time after she was killed
Like it said in the latest chapter, “put everything on the line to correct your wrong doings. But in a situation you are unable to correct it on your own, I will interfere myself.”
But it’s just a theory
I don’t know any spoilers or anything so it might turn out to be very wrong.
If mc's stigma allowed her to go back in time to correct her wrongdoings, I wonder how calipa's stigma helps her correct her situation/"wrongdoings?" Just a thought that passed when I saw your comment.
