I forgot

There was this manhwa that I was reading on manga to0n, but I deleted it and now I can't reinstall it. It was about the FL getting her phone talking away bye the ML for a few days or so, then she finally recovers it and some time later he confesses and I think he fell first. But a friend of the FL thinks she's his "little chick" or whatever, but she isn't and later finds the real at the hospital where I think the ML's mom works at.
