He basically assumes that they (the siblings!) have some romantic relationship going on because he also assumes they are actually not related. Like does Jeha just not know what platonic relationships are!? And that chosen bonds are far stronger than any we are born into.
Right. At this point, even if they aren’t related by blood, they still consider each other as family
I get that the marriage doesn’t mean much to Jeha, and it’s just a marriage of convince but HES the one marrying someone else, not Mongryong. It’s also fucked up to say he’d kill M’s sister when he knows how much M cares about her. He seems to not understand how relationships work, probably because of his fucked up family.
