Butttttt irl, that would have definitely been non-consentual. Consent has to be there every step of the way. Like, if your SO teases you about having sex later in the day but then says they're not in the mood when that time comes around, if you try to sleep with them then it's rape/assault.
Similarly, someone can be interested in sex at the beginning of the interaction but can then have something they're uncomfortable with, or hit their point of tolerance and tap out. And if that's pushed after they tell you to stop, it's rape. Most of Haga saying "stop" wasn't written to actually mean "stop" but more as a typical "moan" sorta thing. But Haga clearly doesn't want kids right now and that was getting pushed, so he seemed to be freaking out a bit over that and seriously wanted the interaction to stop. So yea at that point it's rape.
