Guys, sakura’s sister and the ml were not in an intimate relationship. They were just engaged and it was arranged. None of them had feelings for each other that way either. I’m pretty sure he said so in the earlier chapters (like way in the beginning) about how he made a mistake by not being intimate with the sister (like kissing and having sex etc) so that she wouldn’t fall for someone else. Fast forward he even explained in the recent chapters that he didn’t love sakura’s sister, he only saw her as a fitting wife for his family- not his lover.
