Also he said something bout how he knows what's happening around his son as he has ears and eyes everywhere. So that means he somehow knows that his son is the reincarnation of the death of god(i think that's what he was called in his past life) since he may know every battle/fight his son have gone through and the people the MC has encountered with. Especially the part were the MC gave his book to his father and his father didn't question him any further.
