The queen was assaulted by both the king and Yurgel (aka trash) so that the child would share both their dna (???). But really, baby Eugene is just supposed to be used as a body for Yurgel to reincarnate in after he passes away from a disease. At the end, the fl ends up returning to her world with the red haired dude in tow. Then 25 years later in the novel’s world, the wizard guy comes and explains what all had happened in their absence (including the QUEEN OF ALL QUEENS’ death). And the three of them (fl, redhead, and wizard) live happily poly after in the fl’s world (╬￣皿￣)凸

It was more Yurgel’s fault because he actually had some type of magic that hypnotized basically everyone into falling in love with him. Homeboy wanted the king especially to be in love with him because they were lovers in a past life
