Well you know the shit she pulled at the tavern? That isn't even the BEGINNING of the stuff she puts the MC through. Its a long story and I have to give some spoilers I found to explain how bad she is.

Okay so first of all, she does have a lot a "divine powers", she just uses it to make people feel more inclined to listen to her and do stuff for her (honestly a lot of people thought she was able to mind control people, when in reality that's not really the case (her power also doesn't work on everyone like the MC and both her brothers in this life I believe), and she is EXTREMELY manipulative.

She keeps trying to throw the MC into problems that she either had caused herself, just made up, or etc. One of that being that she took her able to see people's auras, which is completely the MC's ability. So yeah, Dietrich was having none of that at least.

Also there's a part to the prophecy that she didn't mention and it's mentioned in what I copied below from the page.

*Because of her north origins, that misunderstanding, and the lack of the noble's uselessly annoying manners, she was treated as an outcast and was being being insulted by nobles.

Charlotte also semiridiculed annissa on her attempt to hunt and exposed how annissa summoned baal(annissa did cause she didnt liked the nobles talking like that, she'd rather talk to the devil) to the emperor. *forbidden to use abilities in the capital* because of this, she was imprisoned for a few days. (With the accuse of attempted murder on a count's wife.)

She also accused her of 'stealing' heredia's eyes of truth and purifying powers on annissa :mad:((. (i think charlotte cant see auras)

DETTI was mad. so after the succession, he broke the prison door and took her home without charlotte."





Also, this is a bigger spoiler that's not completely related to Charlotte, but more the prophecy part.

So, you know how demons will eventuality kill those with whom they form contracts with and how Dietrich is just racking up the number of demons he has in his collection? And how the MC has the power to purify demons as well how her eyes are red?

Well some way or another after Derek is killed and more stuff happens (I haven't fully figured that out yet), but Dietrich ends up dying (I think as a result from all those contracts with demons), and the MC was able to save him and purify the demons/him and release the contracts or something of that nature, which ends up saving him.

However the MC loses her memory as a result and her powers temporarily (which she ends up getting back when she regains her memories), her eyes also change from red to blue (which fits into the prophecy). The MC and Dietrich still know each other after this and are going by different names (again, I'm not sure why at this point), but once she starts to remember they kiss, so yeah.

" she was being mean to annissa in a very noble lady like manner(compliments that insult) and she was being two faced with annissa then later blames her from getting together with her ‘fated one’ which charlotte thinks is detti. Thats how annissa knew there was something wrong about her. (She also acts chummy with detti(he doesnt care though)
It turns out the new god(not the one who gave annissa’s power) was a demon who was cloaked to look like a god and the ‘holy powers’ of the saint was demonic charm(ithink) magic. In the climax of the story, the devil showed its true form and unleashed wrath on our ml and mc. Detti and herman with annissa had to battle it.

After the battle, charlotte became powerless and cause they defeated it. Instead of being remorseful for whatevery happend, she was depressed/anxious of her future, a future where she’s not a saint, just a regular human named charlotte.(she didnt want to lose her ‘sainthood’) feeling guilty, herman took her back to euclid.

In the end of the story, annissa went out to travel all by herself(cause she really wanted to do that eversince), detti who didn’t want to let her go, finally agreed. It ended with the narrative saying she’ll come back home to her LaGrenge
