Read this BL manga probably a few months ago. I'm gonna try and describe it as best as I can. I hope someone knows what it is.
They are Childhood friends. Best friends to be exact and I guess neighbors. So the guy falls in love with his friend and its kinda one sided. When his friend got a girlfriend he got a very high fever. I don't know how but I just remembered that he started to wear female undies and have a lot of them. He wears female undies trying to fill in this gap of him and how he thinks he can never replace a girl.
