Could it just be the chinese spiritual culture aspect that makes it confusing for you to understand? That is kind of a problem for me, and if that's the case I recommend really taking your time and slowly reading the explanations, while the specific things may be lost on us understanding the general concepts and seeing how it all connects isnt actually as hard as it appears!
