My understanding is that Luel (baby dragon) is kind of like a genetic clone of Hydra... Luel was made from one of Hydra's cells. So genetically, they're similar. But Luel isn't technically reincarnation of Hydra and has a different upbringing. So far Luel has only known kindness, love and affection. In a sense, they're not the same at all.

I think they said that hydra was killed but since Conrad is immortal he just came back as a baby, but since he’s being raised differently, you’re right in the sense that they’re different
I need a character description for everyone including the gods in the myths/legends because i have shit memory. Why do they hate the baby dragon again? He looks like hydra? Hydra was the one ashley (evil dead dude) turned into a 9 headed beast right? But before the dragon was hydra he was some other dragon?? My head hurts
