She didn't invited them, she is a kind pereon, so when they came to their house before, she didn't made them leave. (Now she said she was about to send them off bc they are not welcomed)

And bc Silv kept it a secret that's why Irene couldn't greet her sister at the academy. It's not like you and your mother go to shopping separatelly and meet each other at place. Everyone knew Irene was attending the academy but (relative) noone knew Silv too. So it was a secret.
Why do I feel weird when Aileen is around? Like, she knows that her friends is bullying her sister. But she intentionally invited them ugh （￣へ￣) and wth how come shes gone missing when she and the mc are just talking. Also the test result, she should greet her while they were in the academy.
