Yeah but there are different cleaning techniques for it (sticking your fingers up your ass and cleaning it as much as you can reach is one of them, your body/system handles the up above itself and no person’s tongue will go that up anyway). Downright drinking/licking piss is waay different and another level. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t really care if it’s people’s kink or not; but comparing it with eating someone out is ridiculous.
Well maybe my perspective is just different… regardless of the psychological impact: it’s usually no big deal licking urine whereas oral contact to the anus can be, because I guess nobody fucking disinfects there ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Clean or not, bacteria stays up there constantly and even after cleaning, the mucous left up there contains bacteria. The bacteria from the urine is less contagious than bacteria from the feces/anus. If you work in the lab, you will know. I won’t recommend anyone putting their mouth up there but to each their own.
What I’m trying to say is there are different types of enemas and solutions to use to achieve a squeaky clean anus; but you can’t clean your piss that comes naturally from the source.
