No she couldn't. He doesn't operate on the same logic as anyone else does. He would just find another reason to kill her. That's who he is. People are only amusing toys to him.
He had literally no reason, that's the problem. He's just a sadistic sociopath that finds excuses to bring misery and kill off people like it's nothing. He's not happy with his own life so he wants to destroy enyone else that has even a tiny ounce of happiness in their life.
Yeah she died and come back a lot of times but she never try to figure out why he's trying to kill her. Got to have a reason.. now I know because of that unexpected transportation. Only oif she tried to figure it out she could've avoid it. Well atleast she was able to survive acting like a clown (just like what she said)
