Deku hasnt become a villain he has just simply went of by himself because One for All os focusing on getting him and doesnt want to endanger anyone he cares about. But while doing so, he keeps overworking himself and not resting so his friends from call 1-a coming after him to find him and help him. (basically a summary of the last few chapters, if you have anymore questions feel free to ask!)
i personally don't think it's Deku but Toga using Deku's body and doing bad things in it!
