basically they’re able to bring their past abilities and skills back with them to the present after they gain their past memories. so after he went back in time, he brought his athletic abilities with him that he conjured up during the times he was excavating tombs before he died

i’m on chapter 49 rn and there are two things i don’t really understand/ so help me out (?)
1. I forgot his name but the MC suddenly being super athletic. i don’t understand how he because agile and athletic after turning 13 years back. he even acknowledged in the early episodes that “his body” isn’t as good as it was (when he was a tomb raider and so). but we don’t see how it becomes a problem for MC or how MC decides to fix this problem and it’s left like that for now.
2. Irene. Oh Irene. tbh my first impression of her wasn’t really that great. i found her naive and quite clingy. idk if there are any other female characters i would like to know if they are going to be similar to Irene.
that’s kinda it but I’m getting a bit tired of how repetitively successful MC is on getting his hands on these relics, he hasn’t encountered a great conflict that has prevented him from doing so
