Exactly. I was actually curious about this and so I asked someone who's knowledgeable of laws. They said its going to be really hard to make the suing possible. Big issues when it comes to a lawsuit or threat involving foreign is jurisdiction, and the laws of the country the person you're suing is from.
i doubt the sueing can even happen…korea has diff laws. i don’t think they can sue overseas
