They both actually have an incredible secret identity, tho wanwan already forgot about her's. But the main reason si yehan is sick in the first place is because he protected wanwan. Their origin stories is actually pretty sweet but everything else about people in that island is actually sad.

That's actually just a tiny spoiler. The story was sooo long and details not to mention so many twist about their identity (she has so many secret identity) but thinking back there's many characters with secret identity. And the real wanwan actually already had a fiance in that island.
