Btw he isnt even the Emperor's real son. He is Kedrey's half brother. Since the Empress was sleeping with his lowlife father.

They are siblings. They share the same mother.

Rezef is a yandere psycho. He causes Cayena alot of pain and hurts innocent people.
His parents were both garbage people (Raph's lowlife father and the cheating Empress) so he didn't have much hope to end up a decent person.
