I hope not cause it would hurt mongmong but I would hate her if she's leaving her brother for no good reason
The sister probably has some bad disease like cancer and she doesn't want mongmong to suffer plus heha's sister said that last time in the hospital she's gonna die anyway or maybe they're going to kill her seeing how crazy their family is
