I actually really like it! I don't get why people hate it even comparing it to "Abandoned Empress", But the mc doesn't care about revenge which explains his character so much but has severe trauma and treated very horrible or even worse than horrible. The ml changed in the second life from the many years he stayed with the mc (Which I find better reasoning then the blue ugly prince boy from Abandoned Empress) but the mc could not handle it after knowing it was the emperor bc of his trauma not because he wants revenge.
Though I will most definitely change my mind if the emperor treats him like shit again even a little bit of a red flag and if I see even a tiny bit of his past self.
