the girl didn’t inject anything, she was able to turn into a choujin because she has the predisposition to turn into one and i think it was the gas or something that made her turn to one. it’s still very unclear, but i think there are multiple ways to turn someone into a choujin.
To clarify, all three of them injected the syringe right (azuma, tokio, and the girl)? But only tokio and the girl explicitly manifested their choujin abilities? Ahhh I'm so curious on what's the deal with azuma
