It's no that they tend to side with Ukes than Seme, they tend to side to the handsome hottest whatever, ex Painter Of The Night. if they draw the toxic thrash ugly like the one from Dine with the Vampire, surely they would throw a brick. This also happened with Shoujo Manhwa, whether they are a Cheater, Murderer, Abuser or Rapist, all is Good as long as the trash is 'Handsomely HOT'

i didn't really considered that particular scene a “rape” since they were both drugged and intoxicated. if they are both about equally drunk and both have gotten themselves into that state without manipulation or other foul play from the other, and both appeared enthusiastic about the act (to the extent a heavily drunk person can be enthusiastic about anything) at the time, then it should be considered a drunken mistake from both. but then again, we never really saw want actually went down that day, and not to mention that i never read the novel, so i might be wrong about this. i apologise in advance if i happen to offend anyone.

I agree 100 %. People do tend to side with ukes in most stories. Doesn't matter of the seme is handsome, if he's trash he'd be called out and hated but the uke would be given a pass citing reasons and explanations for his behaviour.
