I think it's still relatively new. But there are more coming out like shujuu no saga which I think just finished and the author said that the publisher is trying to find some way to bring out an english translation.

i stand corrected. shujuu no saga already has an english translation but it's on futekiya and if you want to read the full thing it requires a subscription. how it hasn't been uploaded anywhere else is beyond me but yeah. i just looked it up and boom i found it there with the first chapter to read for free.

I love Dom and Sub Universe genre manga..... I have read these type if manga before and love it...
But it is not common so I hope that there would he lots of other mangaka's out there to make this genre of manga
