Regarding powerscaling with the three prominent hindu male gods (Trimurti/trideva) I cannot certainly say who's more powerful, but shiv does have the ability to fuck shit up the most. (but he's mostly chill unlike vishnu who takes different Avatars over and over when the world is in peril as a savior (though he did kick shit around and caused lots of chaos as krishna))
